Safari Yatri is Nepal's dedicated digital booking solution tailored for e-rickshaws and micro-mobility transport. Built to solve urban commute challenges in eastern Nepal, the platform connects daily passengers directly with verified drivers in real-time, offering transparent upfront fare estimates, live ride tracking, and responsive communication.
System Architecture & Engineering
Engineered with strict Clean Architecture principles separated into Presentation, Domain, and Data layers. Uses Flutter BLoC for predictable reactive state management, Firebase Cloud Messaging for instant push notifications, and Shorebird for over-the-air code pushes.
